All the new, nice cars and excellent drivers who can speak English with us. We were welcomed at the airport with the board and our names were signed and held on the driver's hands at the arrival gate outside of the building at the paging board pick-up area. The other trips with them were excellent too, thanks David for the smooth and nice trips with your nice drivers.

Boarding the new Livintrains for our expedition from Hanoi to Sapa, we were instantly immersed in luxury. The journey itself was a seamless blend of comfort and elegance, with the train's interiors exuding a modern yet classic charm. Throughout the ride, we were treated to panoramic vistas of Vietnam's stunning countryside. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a memorable experience. The highlight was undoubtedly the exquisite dining onboard, elevating our journey with exceptional culinary delights. The evening began with a lively bar car, complete with a guitarist, where we enjoyed excellent drinks and appetizers. As the sun set, we witnessed the stunning beauty of Victoria Falls from the bridge linking Zambia and Zimbabwe. An impressive dinner in the dining car ensued, accompanied by fine wine. The train’s grand, old-style charm enhanced the entire delightful experience.

A very competent driver that navigated perfectly in the Hanoi traffic, and the service beforehand was outstanding. Can only recommend Them.
