It was a fantastic day, full of amazing places to visit. I don’t usually book guided tours because I prefer organizing everything on my own, but I truly believe this tour is worth it. Thanks to the bus, you can easily reach several spots that would otherwise be difficult to visit independently, especially since they are quite far from one another. Our guide, Kishida, was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. At every stop, she shared interesting information, useful tips, and local insights that made the experience even more enjoyable

The journey on the Lotus Train was characterized by a clean cabin and commendable service from the crew. The provision of hot and cold water for free was a valuable amenity. our experience with VN Railway was smoother. Therefore, while the Lotus Train is appreciated for its cleanliness and service, improvements in the operation of the train could significantly enhance the overall experience.
